Booking Options plus Terms and Conditions

Large Parties (7 or more)

For longer term or large party bookings see our Detailed e-Booking Form above and then either complete and send the form if more than seven days ahead or, if less, then call us on 01684 562676.

For parties of 7 or over we require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person and request a 10% service charge. We are unable to guarantee a reservation until the deposit is paid in full. Payment can be made by debit/credit card over the phone (01684 562676), in person at Pepper & Oz or online using PayPal here.

For large parties where exclusive use of a room or the whole restaurant is required please contact us to discuss details and prices. Once we have met and agreed the details and prices we will issue a Booking Confirmation (email/letter/form) with all the relevant details for your comfort and assurance.

Cancellations

We would appreciate as much notice as possible if, having booked a table with us, you need to cancel in order that we can let other diners use the table.

Regrettably we occasionally suffer from people who, having booked a table, fail to turn up or fail to notify us that they are not coming. We therefore reserve the right to charge our loss of profit for this 'no-show' - our current charge is £20 per person and applies whether or not you have made a deposit for the table.

*Service Charge / Team Gratuity

We collect both cash and credit card tips/gratuities on behalf of all the team (front of house and kitchen staff) and distribute these equally once a month based only on hours worked, without any deductions for administration or bank charges. The gratuities are paid net of Income Tax relieving the team members of personal responsibility for reporting to the Tax authorities. Gratuities are additional to basic pay which is always above the National Minimum Wage.

*Where service is specifically requested, as with parties of seven or more, this is shown as 'Team Gratuity' on your bill and distributed as above.

Single Payment per Table

Our prices are based on a single payment per table reservation. Where we are given prior notice we are happy to split bills between two or three people in a party on a 'Go-Dutch'/equitable basis.

However, occasionally we are asked to split bills in great detail in large parties at the end of the evening or lunch. This takes up valuable staff time and detracts from our service to other customers; we therefore reserve the right to add a 10% premium to all other charges for this service.
