The ‘Blush’ - a delicate pink wine full of
summer fruit aromas and flavours. Made using the pink skinned Pinot Grigio from
vineyards in the North West region of Pavia. This will particularly appeal to those looking for a slightly
drier style of this refreshing group of wines.

This is a delicious medium sweet rosé made
using Zinfandel grapes from the North
Central Valley. The beautiful deep salmon
pink arises from only macerating the grapes for a short time and then
cool-fermenting!
