We are registered with the Data Protection Agency but apply higher standards than the government to the data you have provided to us.

Club Pepper & Oz

We operate a strict privacy policy - the data you provide when joining Club Pepper & Oz is not held on our own computers but is stored on the secure servers of our web site host 1 and 1 Ltd (see www.1and1.co.uk).

When you unsubscribe your record is deleted and we have no copies or record of your data left.

When making e-bookings your emails are held on our computer system for a maximum of 24 months.

Other Data

As a result of the Parasol petition we have retained the signatures and addresses but will shred all the petition forms after contacting petitioners with the outcome.
