Private Functions and Hire Charges

We host a variety of private functions and can tailor our offering to meet your needs, including exclusive use of the Brasserie.

We have hosted 150 guest Champagne and canapes reception for Matt & Angela's June wedding, Christening lunches, Anniversaries and Golf Club dinners and can tailor make a solution for your party or celebration - ask to speak to us on 01684 562676 and we'll design a bespoke solution for you - Lynne and Pete.

Hire Charges

We can accommodate up to 26 seated in the front Gateway View Room and up to 18 seated in the rear Priory View Room - minimum hire charges (wine and food charged at normal rates with a minimum charge for exclusive use of the room / Brasserie start at £850 for the Priory Room to from £1,200 for the whole Brasserie

Angela and Matt's Wedding

When Angela and Matt, who run the Leaf Coffee & Food House in Malvern, got married in June 2007, they asked us to host a champagne and canape reception for 150 guests after the wedding ceremony at the Priory and before they moved on to their wonderful and unique reception in Nordic tents in a field near Storridge. Hopefully the photos below are self explanatory!
