Pepper & Oz

Way back in1841 James Pimm invented a uniquely refreshing drink to serve in his exclusive London oyster bar. It was a huge success and has grown to international recognition as we know it today.

Pimm’s is a spirit drink is a gin-based drink flavoured with liqueurs and fruits. It is a secret recipe that is only known by 6 people in the world.

Today the Pepper & Oz is taking this drink and crafting the classic elements of Pimm’s with another British ingredient, organic elderflower pressé. Pepper & Oz Pimm’s is a unique twist on the traditional Pimm’s and lemonade.
