Chef de Partie...

We are a small 40 cover restaurant in Great Malvern seeking professional and enthusiastic Chef de Partie, who is self-motivated, has a sense of humour and is able to work well under pressure.

The candidate must have proven experience of working within a similar establishment, have a min. NVQ Level 2 qualification and be passionate about fresh food. He/she will be an exceptional team player and be willing to take on the role of Head Chef and all its associated responsibilities in the absence of our Head Chef.

Share of gratuities based on hours worked in addition to pay.

Front of House  (Casual) to assist us in peak service.

We are seeking an experienced Front of House server who can work lunch times according to demand and on busy evenings, generally Fridays and Saturdays.

This role is long term and you must have a passion for customers, great food and wine and be of a cheerful and positive disposition.
