Head Chef ...

Before we even had a restaurant Kev, our Head Chef, joined us to create Pepper & Oz, The Brasserie. He has established our cuisine as top notch renowned across the world and as a result we've been voted the Number 1 restaurant in Malvern (see Trip Advisor)!

After three years with us at Pepper & Oz he's now moving on into the national restaurant scene and will be sorely missed!

We are seeking a Head Chef for this privately run Restaurant in the delightful Town of Great Malvern on the famous Malvern Hills. The role is to work alongside us, the Front of House Owners, to take the food to Rosette level.

There is a small brigade in place and so this position is very much hands on. The Restaurant seats 40 covers with another 16 outside under our famous parasol when weather permits.

May suit a strong Sous Chef with experience of cooking quality fresh food. You must have real passion about fresh ingredients, menu design and customer satisfaction, and have the ability to manage our superbly clean and compact kitchen.
